Registered Play Therapist™
Healing rarely happens in big, dramatic moments. More often, it happens in the quiet ones. It's when someone finally feels safe enough to say the hard thing out loud and realizes they don't have to carry it alone.
Still Building Bridges is named for my grandfather, a man who spent his life building bridges and, without knowing it, made everyone around him feel seen. I didn't fully understand the connection until much later, but his life taught me something I now believe about this work: the bridge matters less than the fact that someone is willing to build one with you.
Let me be that person for you.
Individual Therapy
You don't have to fit a mold to find healing here.
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, difficult transitions, and the emotional weight of simply being themselves in a world that doesn't always make space for that. My clients include people who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and those carrying experiences that have been too heavy to hold alone.
My approach is slow, safe, and shaped around you, not a protocol. I draw on Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR, and my training as a Registered Play Therapist™ to meet each person where they are. For children and teens, play is often the language that reaches what words can't.
Healing isn't linear, and it doesn't look the same for everyone. What it does require is a space where you feel genuinely seen, and that's what I'm here to offer.
